and agents of such Company and that all samples, prices, designs and specifications, intellectual property and
all other information of whatsoever type submitted by either party as a result of any enquiry initially made
through this website remains the intellectual property of the provider of such information and shall not be
disclosed by the registree of AZUSA GROUP LTD. to any other party without the written consent of the
party providing the information other than as is required in order to perform in accordance with any part of any
proposed contract between the two parties to this agreement.
